These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of growwithwaypoint.com (the “Site”), operated by Waypoint Natural CPG Growth Partners LLC, doing business as Waypoint Ecommerce Partners (“Waypoint,” “we,” “us”). The Site describes Waypoint’s ecommerce marketplace management services. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements (such as a statement of work), not by these Terms. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of services, and results described on the Site — including case studies and testimonials — reflect specific client circumstances and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

Content on the Site, including articles, podcast episodes, and resources, is provided for general information only. It is not business, financial, legal, or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and design — are owned by Waypoint or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
